   Line of Business consists of Book, General Merchandise, Electronics and Food. The three Lines of Business including book, general merchandise, and electronics follow 4 main business functions which consist of: Ordering, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Services. Accordingly, the three Lines of Business (Book, General Merchandise, and Electronics) operate under the same business processes.

 

Function Description
Ordering Responsible for ordering products onto Blue Bookstore inventories
Inventory Responsible for managing the optimum level of inventories
Sales Responsible for selling activities
Customer Services Responsible for responding, collecting, and creating knowledge from customers' feedbacks.

 

   On the other hand, Food is organized through outsourcing contract. It, then, operates under a special business outsourcing process which encompasses 2 main business functions: Ordering and Sales.

 

Function Description
Ordering Responsible for procuring contract with outsourcing parties
Sales Responsible for collecting monthly payment, space rental and profit sharing
