   To enhance profitability of the store by increasing revenue through selling more merchandise, expand services, diversify products and create affiliate programs.

   Enhance profitability by reducing expenses through outsourcing and improving infrastructures.

To initiate customer-focused program

   To improve Total Quality Management to support constant improvement and responding to customer needs and expectations by implementing Total Quality Management program.
