Policy and standards exist to help guide the IT departments of the various Peace Corp locations onto a universally accepted and supported structure. Key operating, maintenance, and upgrade efforts can be combined into a universal support umbrella allowing for sharing of personnel and knowledge thus reducing overall operating costs while increase up-time.

Security Policies and Procedures Document

The security policies and procedures documents outlines the IT based minimum levels of security users should follow when using Peace Corp based IT infrastructure. Included are web, desktop, email, and database guidelines.

Safety and Security Policy

The Safety and Security Policy documents outlines the procedures and standards involved with disseminating information to volunteers and trainees. Outlined in this policy are assessing, monitoring, and training practices.
