Introduction

Training in Enterprise Architecture is essential to the success of the EA program. EA training should be conducted throughout an organization, to ensure familiarization of EA processes and benefits. Audience targeted EA training should be administered at the following organization levels:

Executive Level Training – Focused on members that establish the rules and strategic direction of the organization.
Managerial Level Training - Focused on members responsible administering for the organizations internal affairs and lines of business.
Technical/Staff Level Training – Focused on members where the actual product of the organization is processed.
