• Expansion of the Sales Offices in Jacksonville and Los Angeles can be accomplished by expanding the existing space in the current buildings. Leases will be renegotiated in the 4th Quarter of 2007

• Retooling of the manufacturing plant planning is underway and will be completed the 1^st quarter 2008

• Acquisition of (Street Light/Call Box Mfg Company) will add new facilities in Denver, CO.

  • This includes a new manufacturing, product development, and sales facility.

  • A study will be done to determine what, if anything, needs to be done to bring these facilities up to standards.

  • This includes the Division Headquarters, Product Development Center, Distribution Center, and Main Sales office.

  • Additionally, the Sales Office for Jacksonville, Los Angeles, and Denver will make use of existing Aerospace Division floor space.
