cost connection service being explored to provide lower price point
for small offices and as a low cost backup for sites with existing
Frame Relay or other, relatively low speed, connection service.

service makes use of DSL or cable modem as access to the public
Internet.

site is effectively “internal” - All addressing and the routing
architecture maintained.
